I believe this to be a Candi doll. Her back says Hamilton Toys & the back of her head says Hamilton Designs 1996.
She obviously isn't in her original outfit. I am pretty sure this is Scary Spice's fit. She has her original metal earrings. No shoes. Her hair is a bit of a mess, but a quick brush / style and she'll be perfect.
In good used condition, no major flaws etc.
