1/24 scale plastic model In 1959, German company NSU and Vankel helped the engineer Felix Vankel to develop its own development since the war had successfully formed the rotary engine. Toyo Industry Co., Ltd. (now Mazda Co., Ltd.) focused on negotiations with NSU company and started a technical partnership agreement in 1961.
