Check if the HDMI cable is connected to an ARC-enabled HDMI connector on the TV. 3.Check if the input switch of the converter is in the corresponding position. 4. Check if the TV has the ARC function turned on (turn it on using the TV remote control). 5. Check that the HDMI cable is an AGW26-compliant HDMI version 1.4 HD cable (poor quality or HDMI version 1.3 cables do not have the ARC function).
