• FEATURES - This heavy duty door closer controls the traffic in and out of your space and automatically closes the door after every opening. It controls the closing and latching of your door to eliminate slamming and adds security and safety. This product is unique becuase the incuded universal mounting plate simplifies door closer replacement by eliminating the guesswork with trying to match the current hole pattern on your door.
• COMPATIBILITY - Closer body hole pattern 3/4" x 12". Intended for exterior doors up to 48” and 225lbs. and interior doors up to 60” and 225 lbs.
• SPECIFICATIONS - This closer meets ANSI Grade 1 requirements, is ADA compliant, has a 3-hour UL fire rating, and has a 180-degree opening range. Adjustable closing, latching and backcheck speeds, and the adjustable spring tension powers this closer from a Size 1 to a Size 6 to provide power adjustment for light to very heavy doors.
• INSTALLATION - Compatible with most commercial doors, and can be utilized in standard, top jamb and parallel mounting applications. Replace an old or broken door closer without drilling new holes in an expensive or fire rated door with the included patented universal mounting plate.
