Tatted lace bridal crown. Base diameter is 3 7/8 inches. Height 4 inches. Top diameter is about 4 6/8 inches. Was made 18 plus years ago for my daughter whom now wants something different. Second one I made. Other was used as cake decoration. Took 40 hours of tatting. Then another 40hrs to stiffen. The pattern is charity in old book of my great grandmothers. It is an advanced pattern. Needs occasional spritzing of water to prevent from becoming brittle. Would make someone who cares for it a great heirloom piece to hand down.
