Patch Sewing Instructions:Note: Sewing by hand provides better control than a machine when working with leather. Once sewn, patches leave small permanent holes — choose placement carefully.Mark your desired patch area with tailor’s chalk.Use a seam ripper to open a small portion of the jacket or vest lining so your hand can fit inside.Position your inside hand flat between the lining and the outlined area.Place the patch on top of the area. Optional: use light leather adhesive to hold it in place (not permanent).Thread an upholstery needle with strong nylon thread matching your patch color. Use a thimble to push the needle from inside to outside so the knot remains hidden.Continue stitching around the patch edge, keeping stitches close and even for a secure hold.Finish by looping the thread through the first stitch to create a strong knot, then close the garment lining.Patch Iron-On Instructions:Set your iron to 325–335°F (no steam).Preheat the fabric area for about 25 seconds.Place the patch in position and cover with a thin cotton cloth.Press firmly using a slow back-and-forth motion for 15 seconds.Important: Never allow the iron to touch the patch directly.Turn the garment inside out and iron the reverse side of the patch for about 60 seconds.Turn right-side out, cover with the cloth again, and seal the edges with firm pressure.Allow the item to cool completely before wearing.Care Tip: For leather or heavy riding gear, heat set first, then a
