The ring has around 70 small diamonds (from what i counted), the main diamond, and two blue saphires. It is a very beautiful ring and it's not too big for people that don't like big rings. The ring size is about a 6-6.5 ( you can always get it resized of course). As for the band the parts containing the diamonds is silver and the inner band is 14k gold(its says the 14k on the inner side its a little faded though). Overall it's just a very beautiful ring and is guaranteed to make someone happy and smile upon receiving it. I apologize for the photos in advance, the shinning made it hard to focus on the ring.
