Bought this less than a year ago but have since added my kids to my cellphone plan. This uses a SIM card from speedtalk for five dollars a month and was always plenty for my 6 and 10 year old. Tracking, talk and text and also WATERPROOF! The watch is flawless and I will remove our sim before shipping so you will just need to order a 5 dollar sim or go to any phone store to discuss hook up through another phone company. Comes with kid friendly charger and directions. Watch color as pictured and also the same watch in all black pick one or buy both can add contacts easily and track your kids on easy to follow app from your cell phone. Kids can also take pictures with the watch and send them to you.
