The Kingston IKD500S/8GB is an 8GB hardware encrypted USB flash drive built for professionals, government staff, and anyone who needs to carry sensitive files without worry. It combines strong protection, robust construction, and quick data transfer in one dependable tool.

Data on the drive is secured by XTS AES 256 bit encryption that runs entirely on the device, so the key never leaves the hardware. Users can choose a traditional complex password or a longer, easier to remember passphrase. Separate Admin, User, and One Time Recovery credentials make it possible to regain access without weakening security, which is especially useful for IT teams that manage many drives.
