Multiple sets are included in this. I did my best to find as many of the pieces as I could. The house is the XL ultimate house from Amazon and all pieces are included (as of posting this listing it’s at $89.99) It has lights and sounds-all of which still work. The car is missing its side mirrors. This was the first release of the vehicles and they were able to pop in and out. Somehow, we don’t have a Chili. I thought we did. The house is 17 inches tall and 30 inches when opened so the box for shipping is on the bigger side so that’s why shipping is what it is.
