Vintage LEGO, a Fire Station from the Town series released in 1981. It's from the 80s, so I think it can be classified as Showa retro, a classic item.
It comes with 4 minifigures and 2 vehicles.
It was the most luxurious set in the Town series in the early 80s. A baseplate unique to this set is used, and the garage shutter can be raised and lowered. The construction of the ladder truck is also very elaborate.
No missing parts. There are some scratches, but it's in generally good condition.
Some of the instructions and stickers are color printed. I will include spare stickers for the front of the building.
I'm offering a slight discount because the instructions are not original.
