Lego City Town Square set 60026. The set is missing 10 pieces and 3 stickers (see the last picture for the list).
Pieces are in very good condition overall BUT there are a few surfaces that are dirty and will need to be cleaned (second to last picture). Most of the stickers were applied fairly straight, but I did notice some crooked ones.
I didn’t see any cracks or nicks on any of the minifigures.
The first instruction book is a bit wrinkled and missing part of the bottom right corner. The other books are in good shape. The inventory list in the back of the instructions has markings in it.
I will ship the set assembled with bubble wrap in a box. I will remove all the parts that would be prone to falling off and put them in a ziplock bag.
