It was assembled according to the instructions, and I believe there are no missing parts except for the temporary tan parts used to support the ship during assembly. However, there may be some incorrect assembly or missing parts, so it will be sold as-is.

The box and instruction manual are not included.
When shipping, the sails, masts, and the front of the ship will be removed and packaged separately.
The ship's hull will be wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a plastic bag to prevent loss, then shipped in a recycled cardboard box.
