This listing is for the rare and soft after LEGO Pet Shop (10218) modular that retired in 2016. It consists of a 3-story Pet Shop and townhouse with detailed interiors, including pets, a kitchenette, a loft, a townhouse with accessories, and a rooftop garden.
Owned and built by adults only. Everything has been done to make sure it is as close to 100% complete as can possibly be but I’ll say 99% to cover ourselves just in case. There is some yellowing on some of the bricks but mostly it’s in great condition, I've rotated some of the yellowed bricks so they aren't as obvious. The yellowed bricks can easily be swapped out for new ones but do not need to be as the yellowed bricks are barely noticeable. A few pieces have also been replaced due to the natural of brittle brown bricks but otherwise it’s complete & in good order. All the original minfigures are included and appear to be in good shape.
