Had to get a new cable modem so I got one with integrated router. We had 58 wifi devices connected to the router.
I got 900mb down and 24mb up on the router and would get between 300-450 via wifi and 650 via 100 foot Ethernet cable.
I got the other results walking around my house. House is from 1976 so your results may vary and cabling is very old.
