Forsythia x Show Off Starlet #3 - This dwarf forsythia has the same fabulous flower display you get with other forsythia, but in a smaller package! It fits into smaller mixed borders and foundation plantings, but where it saves in space, Starlet definitely makes up for with its mass of bright sunny yellow flowers that cover it from base to tip. Its deer-resistance is a major perk to this bright beauty!
