It blends on application and dries quickly to a long-wearing, no-smudge finish.
It can be used to line the top and lower lashlines of the eye. When applied at a 90-degree angle, it provides a thin precision line, and for thicker application, apply at a flat angle.
Transfer resistant, safe for use on your waterline, and lasts for up to eight hours.
