Includes the Promo Keychain and a Samus Button. The Keychain and Button are not sealed and have seem a small amount of use but are in very good condition.
The CD is new and sealed. The case has been bent, as shown, but there doesn't appear to be damage to the CD itself. I can see a crack in the casing, around the middle on the top but that is hard to picture.
If any digital codes are included, they are unused as they are still wrapped but I cannot guarantee that they are not expired.
