Item is sincerely untested. I'm a firm believer in just telling someone it's broken if it's broken. The steering wheel has a spot for a power adapter and I don't have one. It looks to be in good shape and I didn't see anything that would lead me to believe it doesn't work. You'd just need that cord to find out.
