There’s a little crack above the disc tray as seen in one of the pictures. Some of the games require the Kinect sensor, which is not included here. The system works pretty well, and has been factory reset. Includes all the cords: the AC adapter and HDMI cord. A controller is also included, which takes Double A batteries (batteries not included). The disc tray sometimes has trouble opening if you push the button, but will eventually work if you give it time.
