Note this is a 4K model but it does not work at 4K. To be accurate, the audio extraction works at any resolution, but it does not pass video through at 4K. It passes video just fine at 1080p.
I bought this as an open box and had no way to return it. Opened it up and inspected it quite closely - found it beyond my capability as there are no obvious issues. I tested every component I could before giving up. This can be a project if you do repairs as well, or it is a terrific HDMI audio extractor at 1080p.
Comes with original box, owners manual and AC power supply. Nice heavy steel case construction.
