This is New Old Stock from Carlton Cards in the box from factory to retail store. This unique item features a sentiment to your daughter in a clear wall plaque (9 x 7") that includes a music box that plays "Music Box Dancer". It is also capable of freestanding, and the sentimental piece included is removable for a 8 x 5" picture frame. The original plastic wrap is on it, but the box got squished at some point. It does appear to have a mark on each side about halfway, but you can really only tell if you are looking for it. Great vintage shape!
