The dress is very lightweight, silky material, belt has been professionally sewn onto the dress, it does have a slit on one side but it was also altered so that the slit is more closed, the slit is now open on the bottom 1/3 of the dress instead of up to the waist, about at the knee. The straps cross on the back and it has a scoop neckline. Only worn once as a bridesmaid dress for a wedding and has been properly stored since.
