A complete collection of the works of Richard Neutra, a master of American modernist architecture who was active during the mid-century period.

Neutra was sensitive to the relationship between people and nature, and his characteristic glass walls and ceilings have the effect of connecting the indoors and outdoors. His ability to incorporate design, technology, aesthetics, science, and nature elevated him to the pinnacle of modernist architecture.

This book compiles all of Neutra's works (approximately 300 private residences, schools, and public buildings), and introduces them with over 1,000 illustrations, including photographs and drawings. Photography by Julius Shulman.
