This sale is for a defective Cosmo Black Nintendo 3DS system. The system has a very dark top screen. When tilting the screen back and forth, it will flicker which leads me to believe that it might be a bad or loose ribbon cable, but I do not know for sure. I could not open the system to check due to there being 2 stripped screw heads on the back plate. It probably would require breaking the plate to get inside. The shell does have scratches around and both screen have light scuffs and scratches. Does not include battery. Does not come with charger, stylus, games, or any accessories. Comes exactly as pictured
