I'm the original owner, and I purchased this new awhile back. This switch is in really good condition. It no scratches on the screen as I kept the screen protector on it day one and just removed it. However, there is a little scrape on the joycon handle, as seen in one of the photos. The console has no issues whatsoever. I'm just looking to give it a new lease on life for someone to enjoy.
