This is a new five piece place setting by Noritake in the Alsatia pattern. The pattern is dated 1997 and I have eight new boxed place settings.
A couple things I don’t quite understand about this pattern. The pattern has a dark blue and white rim design, a pale blue on blue floral design inside that and a white and pale blue band inside of that.
However, the saucer and bread plate do not have the white and pale blue innermost band.
The bread plate has the blue on blue design as a drker blue with white flowers.
These are not mistakes or errors, but how the pattern is shown from the manufacturer. The set is trimmed in gold and comes new in the box as shown.
The teacup has a bar code tag which is shown inside the teacup. The other four pieces have a similar bar code tag on the bottom.
The box is slightly beat up as shown.
There are no chips, cracks, or other damage. The box is also tagged as shown and the set includes a phamplet from Noritake.
