This is new, still sealed!! I purchased this from Home Depot back in December and it just sat here!! I finally got my husband to pick it up and he tells me it won't work! Now, I no longer know where the receipt is and I'm sure it's past the return time! I paid close to $100 for this darn thing! It's supposed to be the BEST shower you'll ever have and I really wanted to experience that, ugh!!
