This is a 2nd (507XX type) denim jacket made by NYLON, a vintage shop in Osaka that was very famous in the 90s.
I also found a description that NYLON, a special dealer in Kobe, took over after the bankruptcy of the old Real McCoy's.
It seems that they were very popular at the time, and these were expensive.

The shop is no longer in business, so you won't be able to get them in the future, and they are only what currently exists, making them even more valuable now.

Compared to the original Levi's 507XX, it has an 80s-like color and a wider body with a cropped length, making it a very easy-to-wear item.
