Dainty open filigree heart ring. The setting is an open heart with a 3 prong stone set in the center. The inside of the ring does have a marking but I can not decipher so not sure if this is silver or just silver tone. I bought this in Arizona years ago and I'm not sure of the stone. Almost looks like a moonstone but ?? Size 4.5
