They seem to be a composite stone made in a mold, with some design elements stuck on. the surface the sand grains are artificially pressed on.
Condition: Pre-owned, it shows some aged, both of the statue have chips, the base have some cracks, one of the statue came off from the base.
One of sculpture is missing one of the stuck on element.
