The Panasonic CF-VKB331M is a detachable keyboard made for the CF-33 Toughbook Tablet. It turns the tablet into a notebook style workstation, adding a comfortable typing surface and a broad set of ports while matching the durability standards of the Toughbook line.
The keyboard provides 87 keys arranged in a US layout. Each key is sealed to meet the IP65 rating so dust and water splashes stay out during field work. A red backlight, adjustable through four brightness levels, keeps the legends easy to read in vehicles at night or inside dim warehouses while preserving night vision.
Docking is straightforward. The tablet can latch from the front or the back, allowing a quick switch between standard notebook mode and a reversed presentation setup.
