The shutter speeds from B to 1/1000 all fire (not measured). The aperture also works, and the film advance is fine. The self-timer also works.
The built-in light meter, which operates on batteries, generally moves the needle in the viewfinder according to the light, but its operation seems somewhat unstable. However, manual shooting without a light meter is perfectly possible, so I think it's ready to use as soon as you load film.
