Peter’s Pottery of Mound Bayou, Mississippi.
What a neat piece to add to your Peter’s collection! This is the first one of these that I have actually seen in person and it doesn’t disappoint. It is handmade in the Mississippi Delta and has a Nutmeg matte finish that reminds me of the color of the Mississippi mud that it is made from.

Peter worked with the McCarty’s until 1998. He then opened his own studio in Mound Bayou, Mississippi.
