This is a PS4 CUH-2000AB01 500GB Jet Black.
I am selling it because I upgraded to a PS5.
I purchased it new in 2016 and it has been working without any problems.
I didn't use it very often, and I didn't play action or FPS games at all, mostly RPGs, so the load on the console may have been light.
It has been lightly cleaned and the console has been initialized.
Two of the non-slip pads on the back of the console are missing.
I purchased another controller soon after buying the console, so I didn't use the original controller much. I tested it for this listing, and it works perfectly.
Other included accessories are the original box, quick start guide, HDMI cable, mono headset, and controller charging cable.
