Arm Trough Helps Stabilize the Elbow

The Sammons Preston Premier Wheelchair Arm Tray is a plastic arm support and trough for use by individuals with upper extremity disabilities. Designed to slide onto any wheelchair arm, helping maintain a comfortable and optimal wheelchair positioning of the forearms. The tray elbow region measures 17” in length and can be customized with a heat gun.

Features Soft Foam Insert

For patients suffering from edema, the plastic tray can accommodate a soft foam insert (sold separately) to comfortably elevate the upper extremity. The contoured design and soft foam also helps to reduce the risk of skin breakdown. The washable insert for cushioned elevation can be trimmed and customized for individual needs.

Use with Standard or Desk Armrests

Compatible with standard and desk armrests, the wheelchair arm tray will not tilt to the side during use. The tray comfortably positions the hand and arm while providing support for elbow in a reclined position. It is available for the left or right side of the wheelchair, with or without the foam insert.
