PS Wood Machines’ Timber Wolf band saw blades run cooler, last longer and track true. Our 3/16” x 4 tpi x .025 blades are made of high silicon, low carbon steel. The teeth are induction hardened, milled for true tracking, produce a thin kerf and make remarkably tight turns. These blades must be run under a little lower tension which is better for your band saw. Our welds are warranted. The 3/16” x 4 tpi blades are used for cutting up to 6” hardwoods, 4” softwoods, ¼”-2” plywood, MDF and other composites. They make a 3/8” radius. This blade is a favorite for our woodcarvers to use to rough out their blanks.
