Tested and working on my PSP (see images 1 and 2).
The PSP MHP3rd Hunter's Model used for the startup confirmation is also for sale.

In my subjective opinion, it's in good condition with no noticeable scratches. (There are some scuffs on the case typical of used items, but no major scratches. There are some scratches on the back of the UMD, but the disc itself looks clean.)

It's been stored in a drawer for a long time, so the storage condition is good, and there's not much deterioration or sun damage, but it is a used item that has been around for a while. Please refer to the video and product photos and purchase with your understanding.
