This is a 00s ECKO sailor hood short-length stadium jacket.
I believe this is a rare archive item that is not often seen.
It features a sailor hood that turns into a large collar when the hood zipper is opened.
It can also be worn as a stand-up collar by fastening the button at the tip.
The trendy details are a nice touch.
The many patches and embroidery create an impactful design.
I purchased it at a used clothing store, and since the front overlaps on the right, it seems to be a women's line.
