This is a Jungle Fatigue Jacket I purchased from a vintage clothing store. After purchasing it, I realized it didn't fit me, so I only tried it on.
It has some wear and tear typical of vintage clothing, but overall it has a good vibe. The fabric is ripstop poplin, so I believe it's a 4th generation jacket, but it has the epaulette detail on the shoulders, which is characteristic of the 1st generation.
I'm not sure if it's an irregularity or a later addition, but it's a rare piece.
Also, I measured it myself, so there may be some errors.

Shoulder width: approx. 40cm (shoulder to shoulder)
Bust: approx. 50cm (armpit to armpit)
Length: approx. 71cm (from the seam at the neck to the hem)
