Extremely hard to find!
charming vintage music box was made by Lefton for Valentine's Day, and its works fine, playing the them from Love Story when wound. It features a boy serenading a girl while standing on a heart, and is marked 161 on the bottom rim, has a Made in Japan sticker, likely had a Lefton sticker too which has since fallen off, and has a lever on the back to stop the music, instead of waiting for it to end on its own, which also works.

4 1/2” wide.
It’s in good condition, but has some paint loss and crazing
