Condition is “like new” as it has never been displayed.

This is for 1X painted Halloween theme Rae Dunn chapel birdhouse. The flaw on the back as seen in the pics has been fixed, I just always wait a few hours in between coats of paint.

This was a “brides side side” chapel that I re painted with permanent acrylic paint, added Halloween decals Rae Dunn inspired, and sealed for indoor display. It is painted with acrylic “lime tree”- double coat under double coat of semi gloss sealant that lasts! Permanent vinyl is used for the decals and it says TRICK OR TREAT , in RD inspired font.
If you are a collector, you know Rae Dunn is known for her imperfections, especially on the birdhouses, including dimples, pinholes, etc.
I have filled in the old lettering to apply my own using permanent vinyl, and double sealed with a semi gloss finish.
