*This water filter is a replacement for the Delonghi DLSC002 filter softener. Compatible with ECAM and ETAM, for coffee machines and conventional pump driven coffee machines in the EC680 and EC800 series.
*The filter element is made with safe and ecological activated carbon, which can effectively reduce the soluble compounds of calcium and magnesium in water (TDS) and ensure that the content of water-soluble substances is the ideal value range (PPM: 125-175) for coffee extraction.
*Activated carbon can absorb impurities in the water and thus reach the standard of fresh water. Effectively improves and emphasises the natural taste and aroma of coffee.
*Water softener filter that reduces impurities in the water and prevents the formation of limescale. Optimises the performance and efficiency of the coffee machine and extends the life of the machine.
* For best results, we recommend replacing the filter regularly every 2 months or after using 50 litres of water.
