Remote is only being sold because it was incompatible w/ my friend’s model of a Whalen fireplace & I am unable to return it
There is a raised surface on the Heat button & scratches on the rear of the battery cover. It may have arrived from the factory in same condition, but unable to confirm
Additionally, other imperfections such as fingerprint smudges & surface scratches possible
