Brand new oil candle with everlasting fiberglass wick insert (that never has to be replaced) and black metal stand. Add your own oil available at craft stores. Measures 6 x 4
To use: Fill at least 3/4 full with quality paraffin based lamp oil. Do no use any other material. Adjust wick so fibers are slightly above edge of holder (1/8 ). Light wick and enjoy.
