Its SAMSUNG GALAXY S6 EDGE+ For Verizon.
Recently had a slip up and cracked the front screen glass lens. But touch screen interaction is intact, as the top glass is not a digitizer like other phones. Its a top glass samsung made to incorporate the curved edges on the design. Still responds regardless of cracks. Will need to replace it. Super easy to replace it, just take a hair dryer (if u have a hot air gun, better) and just apply heat thoroughly across the whole front of the existing glass till the adhesive gives way and allows u to pry the glass off with the included tools, and then just apply uv glue and put in new front glass and shine the uv light thoroughly to activate the glue. And your done. That simple. Has been kept in a case from day 1. Will include a charger.
