Custom pastel galaxy (it matches ‘bubble-gum’ from Yup collars perfectly)
Has pockets on both sides.
!**********The top of the cape has a miss spelled word. Instead of saying ‘by federal law’ it says ‘be federal law’ :/ it also says Nebraska service dog. It can be fully covers by a 2 inch piece of Velcro.**********!
This was for a my last year of school harness and the harness didn’t end up working for us, the cape has never been used before. Feel free to ask questions!! :•)
