Everything you need for a birthday is here! All you would need to buy would be utensils and cups in my opinion and the cake, of course! All brand new never used. I ended up going with a different theme. The cut outs of the characters were used for something else. So they will still have the strings at the top.(cut outs are made from poster board…super easy but cute. I had them placed on a wall with bundles of balloons over their heads.)
