To use: Spray the rainbow cake with water, and spray your sponge with water. In one full swipe, rub your sponge across the surface of the rainbow cake to retrieve paint, then apply directly to the skin, allow up to 30 seconds for paint to dry. Remove face paint from the skin using mild soap and water.
