This machine helps change peoples lives. It has for myself in my routine of things,when in a full course diet I had to excercise more but couldnt place myself at a facility do to circumstances. So i needed to achieve loosing weight and with a diet i need to also excercise so in the depth of seasons which had me indoors i have a confined space with hardley none to very little space so i had to follow out on searching for diff. Options to acomplish my goals. I came across this machine. Long story short i was pushing 250lbs and with the help of this machine within 4 months working on myself 7 days aweek deticated i lost over 90lbs. So pleased to say i am a healthy happy consumer of this life changing machine right here!! Powercord/and remote not included.
